Joseph Kunikina is the Director of Mount Zion College and his wife Allen is the headteacher. They have a vision for providing an excellent education for children based on a good Christian foundation where high standards are set to inspire achievement in the students.

Mike Cadman is a governor in a school in England, Roman Hill Primary School, in Lowestoft and links have been made between the two schools.
